Through focus groups, learn the needs of adolescents and young adults with perinatally acquired HIV to aid in their transition from pediatric to adult centered medical care. Similar focus groups will be conducted with the care givers of these patients. Based on the results, a model transition protocol will be developed to aid in this process. |
