This project will develop a current, culturally-sensitive, user-friendly Transportation Guidebook that will allow persons with disabilities and their families to successfully identify and access the public transportation system in their communities across the State of Florida. Program activities will be overseen by an advisory committee that will represent various aspects of the target audiende. Research will be undertaken by phone, e-mail and Internet searching, to ensure that current and correct transportation information is used. The Guidebook will also contain a variety of helpful local, state and national resources.
